DIY - Pom-Pom

How to make a simple Pom-Pom

So my 21st birthday is coming up soon and i have decided on a all white theme, so i decided to make some Pom-Poms to decorate the outside gazebo with
You Need:
Cardboard, Scissors, Protractor, Yarn - I haven chosen a white yarn and a white with a glitter running through, however you can choose what ever colour and you don't have to mix the colours

Draw a circle on your cardboard this can be any size mine was approximately 22cm across and a smaller circle in the middle.

Once cut out it should look like this

Tied both the white and the glittery white yarn together

Wrap the yarn around the cardboard, I did mine twice round this was so i got a fuller Pom-Pom, if you want yours to be thicker you need to wrap it more.

Once wrapped cut along the edge, don't rush this as you don't want the yarn to fall out of its place.

then with a longer piece of yarn and a friends help (if needed!!) wrap and tie securely around the middle. Pull out the wool from the middle of the cardboard..

Taadaa you have a Pom-Pom
repeat using different sized circles for different sizes
keep posted as I will post my final images of all mine
